Stock is the sum of a product's batches — there is no separate stock number. MRP is shown next to every price: a sale price can never exceed MRP.

Valuation basis: purchase cost price per unit; when a batch cost is 0/unknown, the product MRP is used instead. Buckets do not overlap, so totals never double-count a batch: within 30 days (including already expired), 31–60 days, 61–90 days.
